Yes, we would love to welcome you. Visiting hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Philippine time); weekends are by arrangement. Please call or send a message first so we can plan around the children's routines and safety.

On the Donate page choose an in-kind gift, list what you are bringing and when you will drop it off, and add a photo if you can. Our team confirms the delivery and records it in our inventory, so you can see it was received.

Every gift gets a reference. Enter it on Track a gift to follow it from payment to how that money was used. The public ledger shows the overall picture for everyone.

Yes. Create an anonymous account with just a username and a password (no email, no real name), or tick the anonymous option on any gift. The public ledger never lists donors. On a gift you do not mark anonymous, the Haven's staff and admins see your username (or your name); a gift marked anonymous stays anonymous to them too, and you can still follow it from your account.

A receipt is emailed as soon as your payment is confirmed, when your account has an email address. An anonymous account has none: its gifts and their references are in your account instead.
